4Deposits and Payment Methods

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the associated funds become withdrawable. 7Gameplay, Fair Use, and Prohibited Conduct

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, zc99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance. 8VIP Programme

The zc99 VIP programme is available to all registered players and operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering across all game categories within the qualifying period. Tier upgrades are applied automatically when the wagering threshold for the next tier is reached.

Each VIP tier carries a weekly PKR cashback percentage applied to net losses during the qualifying week. Cashback is credited to your account at the start of the following week and is subject to the wagering requirements applicable at your current tier. 9Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on zc99 covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, and Test series — as well as Football and Esports. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the market and event in question. Pre-match and in-play markets operate under different conditions, which are displayed at the point of placing a bet.

Bets placed on an event that has already started are accepted at zc99's discretion for pre-match markets. In-play bets are accepted only when the in-play market is explicitly shown as open. zc99 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time before settlement.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are shown at the time of bet placement
• In the event of match abandonment, bets are settled according to the rules stated for that specific sport and market type
• Obvious pricing errors in any betting market will be voided regardless of the outcome
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your real-money balance after the event settles
• PSL and international Cricket markets may carry different settlement rules — check individual market rules before placing bets
